The house also has full access to the fantastic common areas of the Vallatorp Community Board, including the swimming pool and sauna, the community house that can be booked for events and several playgrounds right next to the property. Vallatorp is an ideal location for families, with close access (less than 10 minute walk) to several great schools and nurseries, an ICA supermarket, healthcare, several restaurants, hairdresser, local football fields and tennis clubs. The bus stop is a 5 minute walk away, buses run frequently and take you to Stockholm City in 25 minutes. Westfield Täby Centrum is close by and offers a great range of shopping, restaurants and entertainment. The house is available for rent from mid-October, as our family will move longer-term to our second home country of England.
